Frequently Asked Questions

How do you bill for your services?

Fees for our services will be at our standard rates plus computer charges and out-of-pocket expenses. Payment for professional fees will be due on delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.  Most standard forms of payment are accepted, including credit cards. However, due to high processing charges, we do not accept American Express.

What hours are you available?

We are available during our normal office hours, which are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We would be happy to make special arrangements for evening or weekend consultations. Our office is closed on major holidays.

What role do you play if the IRS audits me?

In the event that you are contacted by a taxing agency, I am able to represent you. My fees for such services are at my standard rates, and would be covered under a separate engagement letter. Generally speaking, we would require a copy of the notification to determine the course of action and estimate cost.

How much and what kind of preparation do you need for my return?

We prefer that your materials be in a computer accounting program, but we have taken materials in almost every imaginable form. Contact us with questions about specific software packages.

We provide services to clients of many different sizes:
